From January 15 to March 15, 2019, when you use an eligible National Bank credit card to book flights and vacation packages with À la carte Travel, you'll earn 2,000 bonus points. Each cardholder can earn a maximum of 2,000 bonus points. You must carry out your transaction via the À la carte Travel agency via "Travel" section of or by contacting a travel advisor at 1-800-561-3653. Flight reservations made over the phone are subject to a $35 fee per person, plus applicable taxes. All other phone reservations incur a fee of $25 per person, plus applicable taxes. Please note that you can only earn and redeem À la carte points for flight and vacation package reservations booked trough À la carte Travel agency. You are redirected to the websites of third-party providers for hotel and car reservations, so you cannot earn or redeem À la carte points for these transactions. Services provided by third parties may be shown in the third party's language only. The bonus points will be awarded no later than four (4) weeks after the end of the promotion. The following Mastercard credit cards are eligible for this promotion: Allure Mastercard with rewards points, Edition Mastercard with rewards points, Escapade Mastercard, Ovation Gold Mastercard, Platinum Mastercard, Platinum Business Mastercard, World Mastercard, World Elite Mastercard. The account must be in good standing for the points to be awarded. Terms and conditions apply. It's very simple:

  1. Sign in to your account
  2. Go to My profile
  3. Under My notifications, click Modify
  4. Ensure Email notification is checked

New Password
If you have already created a profile, you will need to change your password the first time that you open a session. Your new password must have between 8 and 12 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number and one lowercase number.

Purchase of Points
At this time it is not possible to purchase any missing points in order to obtain a reward.

Returns will now only be possible if the item received is defective or damaged during delivery. If this is the case, you will have 15 days to notify the Rewards Center and obtain a return confirmation number.

Order Cancellations
Once an order placed by telephone or online is completed and confirmed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
