Pay your credit card balance with points

You can now use your rewards points to repay your credit card balance. This new function is available in the client centre  and on the National Bank mobile application.

Sign in, select your credit card account and follow the easy step-by-step process.

Rewards can be used as follows:

Please note :

  • Repayment with rewards points will first be applied to your minimum payment;
  • Allow up to three (3) business days for the payment to go through and your rewards balance to be updated;
  • To make a repayment with points, you must be the primary cardholder of a National Bank credit card with a rewards plan*.

* The Platinum Business credit card does not offer repayment with rewards points.

* A request for repayment with rewards points is final and cannot be cancelled.

  2. Go to My profile
  3. Under My notifications, click Modify

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

New Password
If you have already created a profile, you will need to change your password the first time that you open a session. Your new password must have between 8 and 12 characters and contain at least one uppercase letter, one number and one lowercase number.

Purchase of Points
At this time it is not possible to purchase any missing points in order to obtain a reward.

Returns
Returns will now only be possible if the item received is defective or damaged during delivery. If this is the case, you will have 15 days to notify the Rewards Center and obtain a return confirmation number.

Order Cancellations
Once an order placed by telephone or online is completed and confirmed, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
